Federal, State and Local regulations will typically dictate regulatory requirements. Combined with specific permit requirements, destruction efficiency specifications can be established. We develop our proposal to you, the client, from this basis and any other design features or requirements you may want to include in a custom designed and manufactured thermal oxidizing system. Maintaining smokeless combustion and a high level of destruction efficiency over a wide range of flow rates is accomplished through proper selection of equipment to meet your requirements. The utility cost of a thermal oxidizing system is another important operating cost consideration. A thermal oxidizer typically requires a source of supplemental fuel to ensure proper combustion and temperature maintenance. We work with you to minimize this cost through effective use of available fuels and to provide appropriate system temperature control.
